RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on any of our food products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at michael@requestbar.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We do not accept returns for products that have softened or melted in the heat. If this happened to you, simply place the item in the fridge for a bit to re-solidify.
